As the Design Director for AI Browser at Microsoft AI org, I lead and design Copilot Mode on Edge, alongside a global team shaping the future of AI browsing. I’m a player-coach - setting vision and systems while actively designing multimodal, agentic experiences that connect Copilot with the open web. My work spans prototyping new interaction models, defining AI UX heuristics, and partnering closely with PM, engineering, and model teams to translate capabilities into shippable, responsible experiences used by millions.
